2011:国内轿车市场份额

 
    The bar chart gives information about the market share of some brands in domestic car market in 2008 and 2009. The market share taken by domestic car brands increased rapidly from 25% in 2008 to nearly 35% in 2009, while conversely, the market share owned by Japanese car brands showed a decreasing trend, dropping from 35% to 25% within one year,and that of American brands remained relatively steady.
    There are, to my mind, plenty of shaping factors, among which, the following ones are particularly worth mentioning. With advances in science and technology in China’s car market, Chinese automobile industry has developed a lot. For another, domestic automobile companies in mounting numbers have turned to price promotions, making the sales boost in recent years. Finally, the recent dishonest behavior of some Japanese automobile corporations undermined their reputation.
    To sum up, a brand-an intangible asset- is often the most valuable asset of a corporation. If domestic automobile companies want to make a continuous profit, they need to work hard to make their brand image more credible.

2012:员工满意度调查
 
    The table gives information about job satisfaction degree of employees in a particular company.  As we can see in the table, nearly 64.0% of employees in their forties are unsatisfied with their job, the highest unsatisfactory rate among all the staff. While older employees over the age of 50 are more likely be satisfied with their present job, with 40% of satisfied job proportion
    There are, to my mind, plenty of shaping factors, among which, the following ones are particularly worth mentioning. One one hand, the middle-aged people between 41 and 50 are usually under great pressure from both their families and careers. They may be feel unsatisfied when being forced to work very hard to earn a high salary or  secure a high social status. On the other hand, those over 50 always shift their life's goal from ultimate success to a relatively easy and comfortable life, and therefore become much more satisfied with their jobs.
    In view of the above reasoning, I am convinced that it is difficult for everyone to be content with their jobs. And it is advisable that people should adjust their expectation from work, and the companies should pay more attention to the welfare of their staff.

2013:某高校学生兼职情况
 

 
    The bar chart illustrates the proportion of college students taking part-time jobs in different grades in a particular university. As we can see in the chart, nearly 67.77% of freshmen are taking a part-time job. While the figure for sophomores and junior students is slightly larger, with 71.13%, 71.93% respectively. Graduates taking a part-time job have the largest proportion ( 88.24%)  among the college students.
    There are, to my mind, plenty of shaping factors, among which, the following ones are particularly worth mentioning.Firstly, according to the above chart, more than half of undergraduates take part-time jobs. For some undergraduates, working part-time helps them accumulate some working experience and develop a sense of independence. Secondly, a 16.31 percentage increase in the final year is mainly attributed to two factors: companies prefer graduates with some hands-on experience, and undergraduates could better know what they want and which job suit them by working part-time.
    There 's no doubts that it is difficult to judge whether taking part-time job is good or bad. It depends on how you deal with the relationship between work and learning. If you can balance it well, you are sure to get enough knowledge as well as experience so as to get ready for your future success.
